Tami Reynolds-Call, MSPT is the President of WorkAbility Centers LLC.  She has been a physical therapist since 1996 and has worked in both industrial and neurological rehabilitation settings.  She has been instrumental in setting up legally defensible post offer of employment testing at Alliant Techsystems, the Salt Lake City Corporation, and the Salt Lake City Department of Airports.  

Heidi H. Jex, MSPT is the Vice-President of WorkAbility Centers LLC.  She has been a physical therapist since 1986 and has worked in both industrial and neurological rehabilitation settings.  She is involved in the day to day operations of WorkAbility Centers including treating patients, performing post offer of employment testing and functional capacity evaluations, and managing the finance and marketing responsibilities for WorkAbility Centers.  

Deana Aure PT has been a physical therapist since 1990.  She performs first aid physical therapy, job analyses, risk analyses, ergonomic assessments and participate in worker education while sitting on ergonomic councils for two of our biggest accounts.  She has worked closely with Health and Safety Departments to reduce worker injury rates.

Naomi Harris MPT has been a physical therapist since 1987.  She has extensive history in orthopaedic rehabilitation and currently provides rehabilitation services as well as job analyses to reduce worker injury risk.  She enjoys working closely with employees to improve their ergonomics and body mechanics and thereby reduce their risk for injury while on the job. 

In addition to our staff of excellent physical therapists, we frequently utilize Elliott Ergonomics for tool design and ergonomics expertise and count on Gayle Paget to perform our client service representative responsibilities
